THE TICKET GUY SALES POLICIES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL : There are no cancellations or exchanges and all sales are final. If you run into a problem and cannot use the tickets you have purchased from The Ticket Guy for any reason, give us a call. We will try to help you make the best of your situation.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS : If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be good for the rescheduled performance. If an event is completely canceled and not rescheduled, a Face Value refund will be issued if the tickets are returned within 30 days of the cancellation.

SHIPPING : Most tickets will be shipped within 24 hours once your order is finalized. If for any reason we cannot ship your tickets within 24 hours, we will notify you. Once an order is shipped, it will be shipped overnight to the billing address on the credit card and will require the signature of the card holder.

CHECK YOUR TICKETS FOR ACCURACY : It is your responsibility upon receipt of your tickets to immediately examine your tickets to ensure they are for the proper time, date, performance and seat locations. Call us immediately if you have any questions.

Please examine tickets immediately to insure proper time and date. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All inquiries must be made within 24 hours or receipt of tickets. If an event is cancelled, a 20% handling fee will be charged on the total order, less the shipping fee (if applicable).

KEEP YOUR TICKETS IN A SAFE PLACE : Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. The Ticket Guy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Exposure to sunlight or heat can damage tickets. Store your tickets in a cool, dry place.
